Shipping & Return Policy


Thank you for shopping at Paolo Giardini.

All exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by your receipt - no exceptions. Merchandise returned for exchange must not be washed, worn, altered, or faded. Merchandise may be exchanged to a store within 14 days of purchase date. No returns or exchanges on open shirts.

ALL ITEMS RETURNED FOR REFUND WILL BE CHARGED A 10% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS.

Exchange Policy


In order to ensure the best customer service and hassle-free exchanges, please include the following:

1.) The merchandise to be exchanged Note: Please make sure this merchandise is unworn and follows our guidelines for an acceptable exchange

2.) The receipt/packing slip as well as the reason for the exchange

3.) A new shipping label for the new items to be shipped back to you

We are not responsible for shipping costs. If a shipping label is not included, you will be charged the appropriate amount in order to ship the exchanged item(s).

All returns/refunds will be processed to the person that purchased the product. Returns/refunds will not be processed to a third party. Gift cards are not refundable.

Shipping and handling charges are separate charges.
